New AI phone system

Thank you to all our patients who have contacted us about our new AI ‘EMMA’ system, and for your feedback, we are very sorry that you have felt unhappy with our service.

We were experiencing some teething problems with the new AI system. We are liaising with the AI provider in a bid to iron out the issues we are identifying, and hope that the changes made will help to resolve the problems that callers are reporting.
